Privacy notice
Updated on 31 October 2026
This notice explains, as Article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires, what personal data the rapremu.com website handles, why, for how long and what your rights are. It covers this website only: the Rapremu dashboard and apps have their own notice.
Who the data controller is
The controller is Rapremu SRLS. For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights, write to us from the contact form, choosing “Something else”.
What data we handle
- What you write in the contact form: full name, email, what it is about and the message; if you add them, your phone number and the name of your venue or company. With the message we keep the language of the page and the time it was sent.
- The technical data every visit leaves: IP address, kind of browser and device, page opened, date and time. Cloudflare, which hosts the website, handles it to show you the website and to protect it.
- When you use the form, Cloudflare’s Turnstile check makes sure a person is writing, not an automated program. It uses only some technical data of your browser and connection, such as the IP address; it does not read what you write in the form.
We do not ask for special categories of data, such as health data: please do not write them in your message.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To reply to your request and, if you want, to prepare a proposal for you. The basis is your request: steps you asked for before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the website and the form safe from abuse and automated programs, with the Turnstile check, a limit on sending and the technical logs. The basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for advertising, newsletters or profiling, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Do you have to give us your data?
No. Your name, email and message are needed to reply to you, though: without them the form does not send. Your phone number and the name of your venue or company are optional.
Who receives the data
- Cloudflare, Inc., in the United States: it hosts the website, runs the Turnstile check, keeps the technical logs and delivers messages to info@rapremu.com. It does so on our behalf, as a processor. To improve Turnstile, Cloudflare uses some technical data as an independent controller: see its Turnstile privacy notice.
- Postmark, by ActiveCampaign, LLC, in the United States: it delivers the message you write to us by email, on our behalf, as a processor.
- The provider of the mailbox where we read the messages, also on our behalf.
Nobody else receives your data, unless the law requires it.
Data outside the European Union
Cloudflare and Postmark also handle data in the United States. The transfer is protected by the European Commission’s adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for the providers that take part in it, and by the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission, which are part of their data processing agreements.
For how long
- Messages stay in our mailbox for as long as it takes to reply and to follow up on what comes of it, and for 24 months after the last contact at most. If you become a customer, we keep them as long as the contract and the law require.
- Postmark keeps a copy of the message for 45 days, then deletes it.
- The website’s technical logs stay with Cloudflare for a few days.
Cookies and browser storage
- The website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics or advertising tools: that is why it does not ask for your consent with a banner.
- If you choose the light or dark theme, the website saves your choice in your browser’s storage (the entry rapremu-theme), only to show you the pages the way you chose. It never leaves your device: you remove it by going back to the theme like your device, or by clearing the website’s data in your browser.
Automated decisions
No decision about you is made only by automated means. The check against automated programs can only ask you to try again.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to:
- tell you whether we handle your data, and give you a copy (art. 15);
- correct or complete it (art. 16);
- delete it (art. 17);
- restrict its use (art. 18);
- stop handling it on the basis of our legitimate interest (art. 21);
- give it to you in a machine-readable format, or pass it on to another controller (art. 20).
Write to us from the contact form: we reply within one month, free of charge.
If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it.
