Terms
Terms of service
Updated on 2 November 2026
These terms apply to whoever uses Rapremu for their venue: the modules, the dashboard, the apps and the website. They say what you buy, what it costs, how you pay and how you stop. They hold together with the proposal we agree with you: where the proposal says something different, the proposal holds.
Who we are
The service is run by Rapremu SRLS. For any question about these terms write to us at info@rapremu.com or from the contact form.
What we sell
Rapremu is bought in modules, venue by venue: you turn on only the ones you need.
- The website, on the venue’s own domain.
- The venue’s app, on the App Store and Google Play with the venue’s name and icon.
- Rapremu Admin, the app for the staff.
- The menu.
- Reservations.
- Loyalty: points, stamps and coupons.
- Mr. Smash, the live quiz.
The dashboard to manage it all comes with any module.
Some modules need another one to live in: the menu lives on the website or in the app, loyalty in the app. If you stop the module that holds them, they stop too.
A combo is a group of modules sold together, at a price of its own.
Prices and discounts
- All prices are before VAT, which is added on the invoice.
- Every module and every combo has a list price, the same for everyone, by the month and by the year.
- A venue may have a discount of its own, written in the proposal.
- A company with more than one venue may have the chain discount, from its second venue on. The first venue is the one opened first.
- The venue’s discount and the chain discount do not add up: the higher of the two applies.
- A price agreed for a module is that price: it gets no other discount and does not follow changes to the list.
- A new discount or a new agreed price applies from the next renewal.
Monthly or yearly
- You pay by the month or by the year. The cycle is one for every venue of the same company, and the first purchase chooses it.
- You can change it whenever you like: the new cycle starts from the next renewal.
- An agreed price holds for the cycle it was agreed for: if you change cycle, we agree it again.
Invoices
- The invoice comes at the start of every month or every year, and pays in advance for the period that begins.
- A module added mid-period is paid for the days that are left, on the next invoice.
- A module given as a courtesy, free until an agreed day, is not paid for until that day. Then it closes, unless you bought it: in that case it is paid for from that day.
Moving to a combo
- If you take a combo with modules you already pay for, the combo replaces them at once.
- What you had already paid for those modules, for the days left in the period, becomes a credit on the next invoice, up to the combo’s price for the same days. The credit is not refunded in money.
- A combo with a module held as a courtesy can be taken when the courtesy ends.
- If you stop a combo, all its modules stop.
When the list changes
- A new price applies at once to whoever buys from that day.
- For whoever already pays, it applies from the first renewal that comes at least 30 days after the notice. The notice comes by email to whoever manages the subscription and to the billing address.
- The same holds when the list’s chain discount changes.
- Agreed prices do not change.
- If the new price does not suit you, reply to the email before that day: we take off whatever you want, at no cost and with no penalty.
How to stop
- There is no tie and no notice: you can stop a module, a combo or everything, whenever you like.
- Write to us at info@rapremu.com: what you stop stays on until the end of the period already paid for, and does not renew after that.
- The period already paid for is not refunded.
If a payment does not arrive
If an invoice stays unpaid for 7 days, the modules are suspended until it is paid. All the data stays: when the payment arrives, you carry on where you were.
Getting started and support
- The dashboard and the website are on within 24 hours of the agreement. The app reaches the App Store and Google Play after Apple’s and Google’s review, which does not depend on us.
- Support is by email and by phone, from 9:00 to 18:00. With premium support, paid apart, from 6:00 to 24:00.
Accounts and data
- The app comes out with the venue’s name, so the Apple and Google developer accounts belong to the venue, and the venue pays for them.
- Your customers’ data belongs to the venue. Rapremu handles it on your behalf, as a processor, only to run the modules you chose.
For the data of whoever visits this website, see the privacy notice.
If these terms change
The date at the top says when we changed them. A change that concerns you, we write to you by email at least 30 days before it applies.
Law
These terms follow Italian law.
